Having designed Flamingo's award winning Total Learning Programme and the 30 module Great Work Every Time programme for Communispace London, Jo has plenty of experience in training.
Jo's current work focuses on insight - what it is, how to find it, how to use it in strategy and communications - and marketing theory. In the latter area she offers a 2-3 day intense course aimed at entry and mid level marketers that explores key concepts and practices.
She can also offer training in moderation, listening and interviewing skills.
Alongside her internal programmes, Jo has run processes for Volkswagen UK, Sony UK, Omron Healthcare and others.
